Or, take a glass of water in a pot and put it in the oven. Before that, add one inch of raw turmeric to the water. Let the water boil for at least five minutes. Then bring it down.

When the water is cold, eat it with turmeric. Gastric will run away. Or, if all the above methods seem troublesome, just mix one teaspoon of honey in a glass of water and drink it before going to bed at night. Never have stomach or chest pain at night.

Extract the juice from the grated potatoes. Then mix hot water with potato juice. Drink this drink 3 times a day. Eat potato juice 30 minutes before each meal. However, drink this drink for at least 2 weeks.

Ginger-1. Ginger contains certain ingredients that can help prevent gastric ulcers. Ginger reduces vomiting, indigestion, and flatulence. 2. You can also mix honey with ginger juice. Eat it before lunch and dinner.

3. Grind ginger and boil it with water. Leave it for 10 minutes, then mix it with a little honey and make it like tea. Drink this drink 2/3 times a day to get the benefits. 4. If you want, you can wash and chew whole ginger.

Yogurt-1. Eat 2/3 teaspoon of yogurt every day. 2. Yogurt protects our stomach from H. pylori bacteria which is the least cause of gastric. Moreover, yogurt increases the immunity of our body. 3. If you want, you can paste banana, yogurt, and honey together and eat them quickly to prevent gastric problems.
