For those whose periods are regular, if they have intercourse on the 10th to 20th day of the period, the chances of conceiving a child are higher. However, in the case of irregular periods, no such day can be fixed.
There are also some issues in the case of intercourse. For example, if someone hangs out every day, the quality of semen is not right. Again, even if the husband and wife socialize for many days in a row, the quality of semen is not right. Therefore, it is advisable to meet at least 3/4 times in a day or week.
We also have patients whose husbands are abroad or whose wives are in Dhaka and whose husbands are in Rajshahi-Chittagong. Husbands and wives meet once or twice a month. In this case, if the child does not come, the husband and wife become worried. I advise them to stay together.
And if you want children, you have to stay together for a few months after marriage. In this case, I would say that if you want to have a child, you must stay together for one year. At this time you will meet at least three or four times a week.
