UEFA has announced the names of the best XI of the Euro Cup. The footballers of the two finalist teams in the XI. In addition, there are three from three other countries.
But surprisingly, the tournament’s top scorer, the Golden Boot-winning Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, did not make it.
Ronaldo, known as CR Seven, has played only four matches in this year’s Euros due to his exit from the Round of 16. And he has scored five goals alone. There was also an assist with that. That’s why he got the golden boot. But he was still ignored.
There are five footballers from the Italian team, the champions of the best XI of Euro. And there are three places from the runner-up team. Belgium, Denmark, and Spain are also in the top eleven.
