surprised to know what happens when two ants face each other?
Everyone has been watching since childhood when two ants come face to face. But they paused for a second or two and shook their heads. Exactly what ants are.
Everyone knows that when two ants face each other, they stop. But how do they know standing still? Many may have heard. The ants sniff each other’s skin but you know why?
Ants live together like a colony and are very hardworking as well as very responsible. When they get food, they take it home and share it with everyone, but they eat it. This one home is a ‘parent nest’.
One parent’s nest with the other parent’s nest but in conflict. Much of what happens in one neighborhood to another. When two ants come face to face, they try to smell each other. That other ant has its own nest. If that is the case then maybe someone will go their own way.
But if it is seen that the other ant belongs to another nest. But they freeze and fight and that fight is but death. One tries to kill the other.
This is why you should notice that sometimes two ants come face to face. Again at times they face each other for several seconds and gradually stick to each other.
Ants have pheromone glands in their lower abdomen and they detect the smell of hormones secreted from these glands. If the smell of their group of ants is a little suspicious.
